Background: In June, S-TEC completed the installation of 10 Easee EV chargers across 5 pedestals at a luxury new build development in Ascot. This project equips the property with modern EV infrastructure, aligning with the growing demand for convenient and sustainable amenities in residential spaces.
Challenge: The client sought an EV charging solution that would provide residents with easy access to charging facilities, support pay-as-you-go usage, and be eligible for the EV infrastructure grant for residential car parks. The system needed to be user-friendly and seamlessly integrate with the premium standards of the luxury development.
